Snímač obrazu

Fyzická část digitálního fotoaparátu, která obsahuje snímač pro každý pixel v obrazu. Každý citlivý bod zaznamenává jas světla, který projde v průběhu expozice. Běžné typy senzorů jsou CCD (zařízení s nábojovou vazbou) a CMOS (komplementární polovodič oxidu kovu).

IP (Internetový protokol) adresa

IP adresa je jedinečné číslo, které je přiřazeno každému zařízení připojenému k internetu.

Citlivost ISO

Citlivost fotoaparátu na světlo založená na ekvivalentní rychlosti filmu použité ve filmovém fotografickém přístroji. Při vyšší citlivosti ISO využívá fotoaparát vyšší expoziční dobu, která omezí rozostření způsobené otřesem kamery a nedostatkem světla. Přesto jsou snímky s vyšší citlivostí více náchylné k šumu.

JPEG (Spojená skupina expertů v oblasti fotografování)

Způsob komprese digitálních snímků. Obrázky JPEG jsou komprimovány, aby se snížila jejich celková velikost, a to za minimálního snížení rozlišení obrazu.

Měření

Měření odkazuje na to, jakým způsobem fotoaparát měří množství světla, aby nastavil správnou expozici.

MF (Ruční)

Systém, který manuálně zaostří objektiv fotoaparátu na objekt. Pro zaostření objektu můžete také použít kroužek ostření.

MJPEG (Pohyblivý JPEG)

Formát videa, který je komprimován jako JPEG obraz.
