Searching for a Number in Memory (Directory Dialing)
There are two ways to search for a number in the memory. You can either scan from A to Z sequentially, or you can search using the first letter of the name associated with the number.
Searching Sequentially through Memory

Press SEARCH.
The LCD asks you to press
v or A or to choose a P R E S S V, ∧ , A - letter by pressing a
keypad button.

Press ‘t or A to move backward or forward through the directory until you find the name you want.

Press ) or 4 if you want to see the phone number that matches the name in the LCD

When the number you want appears in the LCD, press START/COPY to dial the number.
