Preparing a Document
The FX600/1600 can transmit documents with the following sizes:

DO NOT attempt to feed the following document types into the unit, as they may jam.
Instead, make a photocopy, and send the copy.
Wrinkled or creased
Curled or rolled paper

or fax paper
Tom paper
Carbon or carbon-backed
Coated paper
Too thin (less than 0.075mm)
paper
or thick (more than 0.15mm)
paper
Remove clips, staples, and similar objects from documents before feeding them
into the unit.
Let ink or paste dry completely before you send documents.
Do not try to load two or more documents into the machine if the documents are
too thin or too thick. These documents might not go through properly. Feed one
sheet at a time. Check the chart below, to see what is acceptable.

Make a copy of any document that is too thin or too thick to send by using an
office copier. Non-standard paper dimensions may cause feeding problems.
