AVERTISMENT: Permiteţi copiilor să utilizeze cuptorul cu microunde fără supraveghere numai dacă au primit instrucţiunile necesare pentru a putea folosi cuptorul în siguranţă şi au înţeles riscurile pe care le implică utilizarea necorespunzătoare.

Ouăle crude sau fierte cu tot cu coajă nu trebuie încălzite în cuptorul cu microunde, deoarece pot exploda, chiar şi după încheierea ciclului de încălzire la microunde.

Cuptorul trebuie curăţat regulat şi trebuie îndepărtate depunerile de alimente.
