Ryža: Použite veľkú sklenenú misku z ohňovzdorného skla

s vrchnákom – ryža počas varenia zdvojnásobí svoj objem. Varte zakryté.

Po skončení varenia pred odstátím zamiešajte a posoľte alebo pridajte bylinky a maslo.

Poznámka: ryža nemusela absorbovať všetku vodu po skončení varenia.

Cestoviny: Použite veľkú sklenenú misku. Pridajte vriacu vodu, štipku soli a dobre zamiešajte. Varte nezakryté.

Počas a po varení príležitostne zamiešajte. Počas odstátia zakryte a následne nechajte poriadne odtiecť vodu.

Použite vhodnú misku z ohňovzdorného skla s uzáverom. Pridajte 30 až 45 ml studenej vody (2 až 3 polievkové lyžice) pre každých 250 g, pokiaľ sa neodporúča iné množstvo vody (pozrite tabuľku). Varte zakryté počas minimálneho času - pozrite tabuľku. Pokračujte vo varení, aby ste dosiahli požadované výsledky. Raz zamiešajte počas varenia a raz po dovarení. Po dovarení pridajte soľ, bylinky alebo maslo. Počas 3 minútového odstátia zakryte.

Rada: Čerstvú zeleninu nakrájajte na rovnako veľké časti. Čím menšie sa nasekajú, tým rýchlejšie sa uvaria.

Všetka čerstvá zelenina sa musí variť s využitím úplného mikrovlnného výkonu (750 W).
