Hvis du trenger å bruke videokameraet over en lengre tidsperiode, vil følgende funksjoner gi deg muligheten til å redusere unødvendig bruk av strøm, samtidig som du har videokameraet klart til bruk ved hjelp av strømsparemodus.

I STBY-modus:

•Videokameraet vil veksle til "Quick On STBY" (Raskt i ventemodus) automatisk når LCD-skjermen lukkes. ¬side 98

I avspillingsmodus (inkluderer miniatyrvisningen):

•Videokameraet går i dvalemodus når LCD-skjermen lukkes, og vil slå seg av etter 20 minutter i denne modusen. Men hvis “Automatisk av: 5 Min” er valgt, vil videokameraet slå seg av etter 5 minutter.

•Hvis du åpner LCD-skjermen, eller kobler til videokabelen når videokameraet er i ventemodus, vil videokameraet våkne opp, og gå tilbake til forrige brukte modus.
