Hvis du har både HDMI- og Komponent-kabler tilsluttet dit tv, kan Komponent- opløsningen være forskellig fra ovenstående diagram.

Ved dvd-afspilning: Hvis både HDMI-stikket og komponentstikket er tilsluttet, og du vælger tilstanden Komponent, vises menuen til skærmopsætning udgangsopløsningen som 1080p. Opløsningen er i virkeligheden 576p/480p.

Hvis opløsningen indstilles til ‘I’ (f.eks.: 576i/480i, eller 1080i), vises outputtet med 30

rammer/sekund, og hvis indstillet til ‘p’ (f.eks.: 576p/480p, 720p, 1080p), vises det med 60 rammer/sekund.
