Asennusongelma (PC-tila)

Näyttö menee itsestään päälle ja pois päältä.

Tarkista laitteen ja tietokoneen välisen johdon kytkentä ja varmista, että johto on kytketty tiukasti paikoilleen.

Näytön kaikissa reunoissa näkyy tyhjää tilaa, kun HDMI- tai HDMI-DVI-kaapeli kytketään tuotteeseen ja tietokoneeseen.

Näytöllä näkyvä tyhjä tila ei johdu tuotteesta.

Näytöllä näkyvä tyhjä tila johtuu tietokoneen näytönohjaimesta. Ratkaise ongelma säätämällä näytön kokoa näytönohjaimen HDMI- tai DVI-asetuksista.

Jos näytönohjaimen asetusvalikossa ei ole näytön koon asetusvaihtoehtoa, päivitä näytönohjaimen ohjain sen viimeisimpään versioon.
