Skärmproblem

Bilden ser inte normal ut.

Kodat videoinnehåll kan göra att bilden ser förvrängd ut i snabba rörliga scener, till exempel sportevenemang eller actionfilmer.

Låg signalnivå eller dålig bildkvalitet kan göra att bilden ser förvrängd ut. Det betyder inte att produkten är defekt.

En mobiltelefon inom en radie på en meter kan orsaka brus på analoga och digitala produkter.

Ljusstyrka och färg ser konstiga ut.

Gå till Bild och justera skärminställningarna, till exempel Bildläge, Färg, Ljusstyrka och Skärpa.

 

 

 

Gå till System och justera Energispar-inställningarna.

 

 

 

Återställ skärminställningarna till standardinställningarna.

 

 

Streckade linjer visas på kanterna.

Om Bildstorlek är inställt på Anpassa t. skärm ändrar du inställningen till 16:9.

 

 

Streck (röda, gröna eller blå) visas på skärmen.

Strecken visas när något är fel på DATA SOURCE DRIVER IC på bildskärmen. Kontakta Samsungs

 

kundtjänst för att lösa problemet.

Bilden verkar instabil och hänger sig sedan.

Bilden kan hänga sig om du använder en annan upplösning är den rekommenderade eller om signalen är instabil. Du löser problemet genom att ändra datorupplösningen till den rekommenderade.

Det går inte att visa bilden i helskärm.

En uppskalad SD-innehållsfil (4:3) kan orsaka svarta fält på båda sidor av en HD-kanalskärm.

En videofilm i ett annat bildformat är produktens, kan orsaka svarta fält längst upp och längst ned på skärmen.

Ändra skärmstorleken till helskärm på produkten eller källenheten.
