QComment puis-je recevoir un fax en mode Veille ?

RPour recevoir un fax lorsque l’ordinateur est en mode Veille, configurez l’ordinateur comme suit.

Le programme de fax doit être configuré afin de pouvoir recevoir les fax automatiquement (pour cela, reportez-vous au manuel du programme de fax).

Cliquez sur Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Matériel et audio.

Cliquez sur Options modem et téléphone.

Dans l’onglet Modem, sélectionnez un modem installé, puis cliquez sur Propriétés.

Dans l’onglet Gestion de l’alimentation de la fenêtre Propriétés du Modem, sélectionnez l’option Permettre à l’ordinateur de mettre ce périphérique hors tension afin de consommer moins d’énergie et cliquez sur le bouton OK.

(Si l’onglet Gestion de l’alimentation ne s’affiche pas, sélectionnez Modifier les paramètres sous l’onglet Général.)

Lorsque le modem est configuré comme ci-dessus et qu’un fax arrive, l’ordinateur quitte l’état de veille et reçoit le fax.

R1 <Mise sous tension par réseau> est une fonction qui sort le système du mode Veille lorsqu’un signal (comme une commande Ping ou magic packet) provient du réseau (réseau câblé).

Cliquez sur Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Réseau et Internet > Centre Réseau et partage > Gérer les connexions réseau.

Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Connexion au réseau local, puis sélectionnez Propriétés.
