Laitteen asianmukainen hävittäminen (WEEE) (Koskee maita, joissa on erillinen kierrätysjärjestelmä.)

Tämä joko laitteessa, sen lisävarusteissa tai käyttöoppaassa oleva merkintä osoittaa, että laitetta ja sen sähköisiä lisävarusteita (esim. laturi, kuulokkeet ja USB-kaapeli) ei saa hävittää yhdessä muiden kotitalousjätteiden kanssa. Kun tällainen laite tulee elinkaarensa loppuun, älä hävitä sitä yhdessä muiden jätteiden kanssa, vaan toimita se oikeaoppisesti kierrätettäväksi. Näin estät mahdolliset ympäristö- ja terveyshaitat ja edistät samalla materiaalien kierrätystä.

Kotitalousasiakkaat saavat tarvittaessa tarkempia kierrätysohjeita jälleenmyyjältä tai paikallisesta jätehuollosta.

Yrityskäyttäjien taas tulee ottaa yhteyttä tavarantoimittajaan ja tarkistaa hankintasopimuksen ehdot. Tätä laitetta ja sen sähköisiä lisävarusteita ei saa hävittää yhdessä muiden yritysjätteiden kanssa.

Luonnonvarojen suojelemiseksi ja materiaalien uudelleenkäytön edistämiseksi erottele akut tai paristot muusta jätteestä ja toimita ne maksuttomaan paikalliseen keräyspisteeseen.
