Messages

Change settings for using messages.

On the Settings screen, tap Applications →Messages.

•General settings: Change various message settings, such as the default app to use and more.

•Display: Change settings for the messaging window, such as the background colour and more.

•Signature settings: Set the device to display your signature on the message.

•Text message settings: Change settings for text messages.

•Multimedia message settings: Change settings for multimedia messages.

•Push message settings: Set an interval for pop-up notifications that alert you to new messages.

•Cell broadcast (CB) settings: Set the device to receive cell broadcast messages.

•Notification settings: Set the device to alert you to new messages.

•Spam message settings: Set the device to block messages from specific numbers or that contain certain words.

•Delay message sending: Set the time the device waits before sending messages after you tap the send button.

•Safe mode:

––Allow access to all links: Set the device to allow to open the link on a message when you tap the link.

––Potential threat alerts: Set the device to alert you when you install apps that support messaging feature to prevent phishing.
