Setting up Dolby Digital

Dolby Digital mode allows you enjoy Dolby Digital sound effect fully with the speakers connected to the television.

This allows various modes for the main, center, surround and woofer speakers to be selected.

1Press the MENU ( ) button.

Result: The main menu is displayed.

2Press the or button until the Sound is selected.

Result: The options available in the Sound group are displayed.

3Press the ENTER ( ) button.

4Press the or button until the Dolby Digital is selected. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

Result: The Dolby Digital menu is displayed with the Dolby ProLogic II selected.

5Press the ENTER ( ) button again. Select Off or On by pressing the or button. Press the ENTER ( ) button to confirm.

6If you wish to adjust the volume properly during night viewing, press the or button until the Dynamic Range is selected. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

7Select Off or On by pressing the or button. Press the ENTER ( ) button to confirm.
