Missed Alerts

The Missed Alerts menu serves as a centralized location so you don’t have to go through different menus to check for missed calls, unheard voice mail or unread messages, etc. This menu is only a reminder. The actual information is still saved in the various locations even when the missed alert has been viewed.

The Missed Alerts screen appears when you have unviewed Missed Alerts. You can also view your alerts by going to the Missed Alerts menu.

To view your Missed Alerts:

•Activate the main menu, highlight the Missed Alerts menu, and press .

Using the navigation keys, highlight the desired alert and select one of the following:

•To view more details about the alert, press . Viewing the alert will delete it from the Missed Alerts list.

•If the alert is a call, press the left softkey to CALL the person back.

•If the alert is a voicemail message, press the left softkey to LISTEN to the message. Follow the normal procedure you use to access the voice mail server.

•If the alert is a text or picture or video message, press the left softkey to VIEW the message.

•To delete an alert without viewing it, press the right softkey for

DISMISS.
