Viewing the Menus

With the power on, press the

MENU button.

The main menu appears on the

screen. Its left side has five

icons: Input, Picture, Sound,

Channel and Setup.

The on-screen menus disappear

from the screen after two minutes.

You can also use the MENU, CH

and VOL buttons on the control

panel of the TV to make selections.

Press the INFO button.

The on-screen display

shows any or all of the fol-

lowing: Active channel,

the channel label, signal,

MTS and the current time.

Use the ▲and ▼buttons to highlight one of the 5 icons.

Then press the ENTER button to access the icon’s sub-menu.

Press the EXITbutton to exit the menu.

Cable without a Cable Box Because this TVis cable-ready, you do not need a cable box to view unscrambled cable channels. Separate VHF and UHF Antennas This terminal might be labeled ANTOUT, VHF OUT or simply, OUT. Connecting to a Cable Box that Descrambles Some Channels This terminal might be labeled ANTIN, VHF IN or simply, IN. Page Follow the instructions in Viewing an External Signal Source to view your VCR tape. A coaxial cable is usually included with a VCR. (If not, check your local electronics store).
