Los ajustes del televisor se pierden después de 5 minutos.

•El televisor está en Modo Demo tienda. Cambie el Modo de uso a Modo casa. ( > Config. > Sistema > Configuración para expertos > Modo de uso > Modo casa).

Wi-Fi intermitente

•Asegúrese de que el televisor tiene conexión de red ( > Config. > Red > Estado de red).

•Asegúrese de que la contraseña de Wi-Fi se ha introducido correctamente.

•Compruebe la distancia entre el televisor y el módem/enrutador. La distancia no debe exceder los 15,2 m.

•Para reducir la interferencia deje de utilizar o apague los dispositivos inalámbricos. Verifique también que no hay obstáculos entre el televisor y el módem/enrutador.

(La intensidad de la señal Wi-Fi puede verse reducida por aparatos, teléfonos inalámbricos, paredes o chimeneas de piedra, etc.)

•Cambie el DNS a 8.8.8.8. Seleccione > Config. > Red > Estado de red > Configurar IP > Configuración DNS > Introducir manualmente > Servidor DNS > introduzca 8.8.8.8 > Aceptar.

•Reinicie seleccionando > Config. > Asistencia > Autodiagnóstico > Restablecer Smart Hub.
