Mund ta konfiguroni TV-në në mënyrë që të përdorni internetin nëpërmjet rrjetit të zonës lokale (LAN) duke përdorur lidhje me kabllo ose me valë.

Lidhja e rrjetit - Me valë

Mund ta lidhni TV-në me LAN-in nëpërmjet një rrugëzuesi standard me valë ose me modem. Për ta lidhur me valë, duhet fillimisht të bashkoni një “Përshtatës LAN me valë të Samsung-ut” (WIS09ABGN, WIS09ABGN2, WIS10ABGN - që shitet veçmas) ose te USB 1 (HDD), ose te USB 2 mbrapa TV-së.

Përshtatësi LAN me valë i Samsungut mbështet protokollet e komunikimit IEEE 802,11a/b/g dhe n. Samsung këshillon përdorimin e IEEE 802,11n. Kur luani video në një lidhje IEEE 802,11b/g, videoja mund të mos luhet rrjedhshëm.

Pjesa më e madhe e sistemeve të rrjetit me valë përfshin një sistem sigurie që kërkon pajisje të cilat përdorin rrjetin nëpërmjet një pike hyrëse ose rrugëzues me valë (në mënyrë tipike një ndarës IP-je me valë) për të transmetuar një kod sigurie të enkriptuar që quhet çelësi i hyrjes.

Nëse zgjidhet regjimi Pure High-throughput (Greenfield) 802,11n dhe lloji i enkriptimit është caktuar në WEP, TKIP ose TKIP AES (WPS2 i përzierë) për rrugëzuesin tuaj me valë, TV-të Samsung nuk do ta mbështesin lidhjen në përputhje me specifikimet e reja të certifikimit Wi-Fi.
