Po 5 minučių išsijungia televizoriaus nuostatos.

•Televizorius veikia režimu Mažmeninės prekybos režimas. Pakeiskite Naudojimo režimas į Namų režimas. ( > Nustatymai > Sistema > Ekspertų lygio nustatymai > Naudojimo režimas > Namų režimas).

Su pertrūkiais veikiantis „Wi-Fi“

•Įsitikinkite, kad televizoriuje yra tinklo ryšys ( > Nustatymai > Tinklas > Tinklo būsena).

•Įsitikinkite, kad teisingai įvestas „Wi-Fi“ slaptažodis.

•Patikrinkite atstumą tarp televizoriaus ir modemo / maršrutizatoriaus. Atstumas neturi viršyti 15,2 m.

•Sumažinkite trikdžius nenaudodami belaidžių įrenginių arba juos išjungdami. Taip pat patikrinkite, ar tarp televizoriaus ir modemo / maršruto parinktuvo nėra kliūčių.

(„Wi-Fi“ stiprumą gali susilpninti prietaisai, mobilieji telefonai, akmens sienos / židiniai ir pan.)

•DNS pakeiskite į 8.8.8.8. Pasirinkite > Nustatymai > Tinklas > Tinklo būsena > IP nuost. > DNS nuostata > Įvesti rankiniu būdu > DNS serveris > įveskite 8.8.8.8 > Gerai.

•Atkurkite pasirinkdami > Nustatymai > Pagalba > Savidiagnostika > Nustatyti „Smart Hub“ iš naujo.

1.Paskambinkite į „Samsung“ centrą ir paprašykite nuotolinės pagalbos.

2.Atidarykite savo televizoriaus meniu ir pereikite į skyrių Pagalba.

3.Pasirinkite Nuotolinis valdymas, tada perskaitykite ir sutikite su paslaugų sutartimi. Pasirodžius PIN kodo ekranui pateikite PIN numerį atstovui.

4.Tada atstovas turės prieigą prie jūsų televizoriaus.
