Postavke televizora gube se nakon 5 minuta.

•TV je u načinu rada Maloprodajni način. Promijenite opciju Način korištenja na Kod kuće. ( > Postavke > Sustav > Stručne postavke > Način korištenja > Kod kuće).

Povremeni prekid rada Wi-Fi mreže

•Provjerite je li televizor povezan s mrežom ( > Postavke > Mreža > Status mreže).

•Provjerite je li lozinka za Wi-Fi ispravno unesena.

•Provjerite udaljenost između televizora i modema/usmjernika. Udaljenost ne bi smjela biti veća od 15,2 m.

•Smetnje možete smanjiti ako isključite bežične uređaje ili ako ih ne upotrebljavate. Također, provjerite postoje li prepreke između televizora i modema/usmjernika.

(snagu Wi-Fi signala mogu oslabiti kućanski aparati, bežični telefoni, kameni zidovi/kamini itd.).

•Promijenite DNS na 8.8.8.8. Odaberite > Postavke > Mreža > Status mreže > IP postavke > DNS postavka > Ručni upis > DNS poslužitelj > i unesite 8.8.8.8 > U redu.

•Ponovno postavite odabirom funkcije > Postavke > Podrška > Samodijagnoza > Smart Hub - vraćanje na zadane postavke.

4.Agent će tada pristupiti vašem televizoru.
