You agree that the Licensors are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement to enforce your performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The provisions of Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

FCC Regulation

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
