USING THE DVI-D AND AUDIO INPUT

This is the best option for a high-resolution picture! The DVI connection, which has high-definition content protection, will accept uncompressed digital video. As Real As It Gets!

CONNECTING DIGITAL EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT TODVI-D (INCLUDES HDCP COPY PROTECTION)

To avoid problems with some brands of external equipment, follow this procedure when connecting cables and powering on your equipment.

1 Switch off TV and external equipment before connecting cable. (Cables are not supplied.)

2 Connect the digital external equipment’s high bandwidth DVI output to the TV’s DVI-D input.

3 Connect the digital external equipment’s Audio L/R output to the TV’s DVI audio L/R input.

4 The TV must be turned on first, press POWER.

5 Then turn on your external equipment.

6 Press the INPUT key to select DVI to view the digital program.
