Pass through needle bar thread guide from left to right.

(_ Thread the left needle from the front to tne back and pull the thread about 10 cm (4") from the eye of the needle to the back under the foot.

NOTE: Needle may be easier to thread if you remove presser foot (See page 27) and lower the knife (See page 29).

Gently pull all four thread enes towards back of machine.

Replace presser foot (See page 27).

Run threads under presser foot.

--Return knife to uu position (See page 29). Close side and looper covers.

Turf hand wheel toward you to chain off three or four stitches.
