SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

CAUTION: BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE OR ADJUSTMENTS:

Depress clutch/brake pedal fully and set parking brake.

Place gearshift lever in neutral (N) position.

Place attachment clutch in "DISENGAGED" position.

Turn ignition key "OFF" and remove key,

•Make sure the blades and all moving parts have completely stopped.

Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug and place wire where it cannot come in contact with plug.

TO REMOVE MOWER (See Fig. 16)

Place attachment clutch n "DISENGAGED" position.

Turn _--,7ht adiustment knc' *- '-w__'setting.

Lower mower to _tsIowesl oos_non

Disconnect clutch rod from clutch ever by removiBg retainer spnng.

Remove retainer spring holdtng anu-swaycar [o cnas- sis bracket and disengage antl-swaybar from bracket.

Remove retainer springs from suspension arms at OeCKana disengage arms frorr deck.

Raise attachment lift to its hignest positior

IMPORTANT: IF AN ATTACHMENT OTHER THAN THE MOWER DECK S TO BE MOUNTED ON THE TRACTOR REMOVE THE FRONT LINKS.

TO INSTALL MOWER

Fellow procedure described n "INSTALL MOWER AND DRIVE BELT" in the Assembly section of this manual.

Remove two retainer spnngs from each front link and remove links,

Slide mower forward and remove belt from engine 9ulley.

Slide mo_ er out from unoer r_ght side of tractor.
