Setting the Inserter

Blank paper placed in the optional inserter can be inserted into the pages you desire (including the front and back cover).

-When placing the paper for the initial (default) setting (LD and plain paper for the initial setting of the copier at the time of installation), the procedures from step 5 to 8 are not necessary.

-When you want to insert papers with making copies, place the paper in the drawer or on the bypass guide and select the cover sheet mode ( Page 4-18) or the sheet insertion mode ( Page 4-20) in the edit screen.
