"Equaliser
The unit has five preset equaliser modes and one customisable equaliser mode: Normal, ROCK, CLASSIC, JAZZ,
Select a mode according to a music genre or your prefer- ence.
1 Hold down the MENU button for 2 seconds or more.
!You can also use the EQ/BASS button on the remote control.
2 Use the or button to select "SETUP", and
press the button.
3 Select "EQ/BASS" in the same way as step 2.
4 Use the or button to select an equaliser mode.
Normal ROCK CLASSIC
USER
5 Press the MENU button.
!The previous screen appears and the setting is com- plete.
Note:
Whilst the playback window is open, you can also use the EQ/BASS button on the remote control to change the equaliser mode. The mode changes with each press.
"Customising "USER" mode
1 Select "USER" from equaliser modes (see steps 1 - 4 on the left).
2 Press the button.
!A cursor appears on the left side of the band (60 Hz).
3 Press the or button to adjust the gain level,
then press the button to adjust another band.
4 Repeat step 3 for other settings.
5 Press the MENU button.
