When the oven reaches the programmed temperature,~
will automatically hold at the preheat temperature for 30
minutes and then the display will change to time of day.
Whenever STOP/CLEAR pad is touched during this30
minute period, PRESS CONVEC or PRESS MIX will be
displayed and cooking mode and time can be entered.

The oven should notbe usedwithout the turntablein place,
and
it
should never be restricted so that
it
cannot rotate.
You may remove theturntable when preheating the oven
and when preparing foodto be cooked directly on the turn-
table.
Convection Cooking
During convection heating, hot air is circulated throughout
the oven cavityto brown and crisp foods quickly and evenly.
This oven can be programmed for ten different convection
cooking temperaturesfor upto 99 minutes, 99 seconds.
To Cook with Convection
'Suppose you want to cook at350'F.for25 minutes.
