Timer and Sleep Operation

Timer playback:

The unit turns on and plays the desired source (CD, MD, TUNER, AUX) at the preset

time. A t the end time, the unit enters the power stand-by mode automatically.

Timer recording:

The unit turn s on and starts rec ording from the des ired sou rce (TU NER, AUX) at the

preset time. At the end time, the unit enters the power stand-by mode automatically.

Timer playback/Timer recording

Bef ore setting timer:

Whilst the po wer is in the stand-by mode, press the DI SPLAY button on the re-

mote control to check tha t the clock is on time.

1Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.

2Press the TIMER/DELETE button.

3Within 10 seconds, press the REC LEVEL/CURSOR or button

to select "TIMER SET".

4Within 10 seconds, press the ENTER button.
