Headphones
Before plug ging in or unplugging the headphones, reduce t he volume.
Be sure your headphones have a 3.5 mm (1/8") diameter plug and are between 16
ohms and 50 ohms i m pedance. The recommended impedance i s 32 ohms.
Plugging in the headphones disconnects the speakers automatically. Adjust the volume
using the VOLUME but tons.
1Press the AUX (DEMO) button.
2Play the connected equipment.
3Adjust the volume using the VOLUME buttons.
1Press the AUX (DEMO) button.
2Load a recordable MiniDisc into the MD compartment, label side
up.
3Press the S-SYNC REC button on the remote control.
4Play the connected equipment.
Recording will start automatically.
The recording level is the level adjusted in the previous recording. (This level can
also be adjusted whilst recording.)
1Press the AUX (DEMO) button.
2Load a recordable MiniDisc into the MD compartment, label side
up.
3Press the REC button.
4Play the connected equipment.
5Press the or button to adjust the recording level.
Level meter Recording level
Maximum level should not exceed "0dB".
The recording level can be adjusted in 2dB intervals between -4dB and +10dB.
If the recording level is too low, the sound volume will be decreased. If it is too
high, the sound will be distorted.
6Press the MD button.
0dB -4dB ··· +10dB
