Problem	Description Solution
The bars next to	• If you just turned on your phone,
disappear	wait for about 2 minutes, until your
	phone finds the network and
	receives a signal from the network.

•If you are in a tunnel or in an elevator, the phone may not be able to receive the network signal properly. Move to an open place.

•This may display when you move between different service areas. It is normal.

The display is not clear	In direct sunlight, you may not be able to
	see the display clearly. Moving to a place
	with different lighting should solve this
	problem.

White lines display on the	This may happen if you turn on the phone
screen	after a long period of disuse, or after
	removing the battery without turning off
	the phone. This is not related to the
	phone’s life or performance. The display
	should correct itself shortly.
Joy Stick is not responding	If your Joy Stick is not responding
accurately	accurately, it may be necessary to
	calibrate the Joy Stick.
	• From the Home screen, press the
	Fn key and the P key at the same
	time.
