Timer and Sleep Operation
This ma y be operated only with the remote control.
Timer playback:
The unit turns on and plays the desired source (CD, tuner) at the
preset time.
Sleep operation:
The radio and compact disc can all be turned off automatically.

1 Press the CLOCK button to check that the clock is on time.
2 Load a disc to be played.
1Press t h e PO W ER button to turn the power on .
2Press the CD or TUNER button to select the desired
function.
When you selected the TUNER, tune in to the desired sta-
tion.
3Adjust the volume us ing th e VOLUM E buttons.
Do not turn the volume up too high.
4Press the TIMER button and within 6 seconds, press
the MEMORY button.
5Within 1 minute, press the PRESET ( or ) button to
specify the hour to start, then press the MEMORY but-
ton.
