General Control

„To turn the power on

Press the POWER button to turn the power on.

To set the unit to stand-by mode:

Press the POWER button again.

„To change the display brightness (2 levels)

You can switch the display brightness by pressing th e DIMM ER but-

ton on the remote control.

„Opening and closing the CD compart ment

The CD compartment cover is motorized.

When the power is turned o n, you can open or c lose the CD com-

partment cover by pressing the (OPEN/CLOSE) button.

Caution:

zDo not stop or move the CD compar tment cover manually. It may

cause malfunctions to the unit.

zBe careful not to jam your fingers in the CD compar tment cover.
