General instructions
Standby mode
The phone is in standby mode and is ready for use when the name of the service provider appears on the dis- play.
B Hold down the On/Off/End key to return to standby mode from any situation.
Signal strength
Z Strong signal.

Digital Rights Mgmt. (DRM)
Remember that your telephone has Digital Rights Management. The use of downloaded pictures, sounds or applications can be restricted by the suppliers, e.g. copy protection, use for a limited period of time only, number of times it can be used etc. (see also p. 72).
Main menu
The main menu is displayed graphically with symbols:
