Mayonnaise

Hot chocolate

1heaped tsp. mustard

1tbs. vinegar or lemon juice

1pinch of salt

1pinch of sugar

1cup oil

Ingredients must be at the same temperature.

1. Switch on the blender at low speed.

2.Process the ingredients (except the oil) at low speed for 10 seconds.

3.Keep the blender at low speed, slowly pour the trough the funnel and blend for approx. 1 minut

Double

the quantify of the basic recipe.

Whipped

cream

and grated chocolate as required

1.Cut the cooking chocolate into pieces (approx. ½￿inch) and chop up completely in the blender at￿maximum speed.

2. Switch off the blender and add the milk.

3.Blend for 1 minute at maximum speed.

4.Pour the hot chocolate into glasses and serve w whipped cream and grated chocolate as required
