8 oz fruit (e.g. strawberries, banana, orange, apple) 1¾ oz23½ oz sugar

2 cups cold water, Ice as required

1.Peel fruit and cut into pieces

2.Blend all the ingredients at maximum speed for1approx. 1 minute.

3.Serve with the ice cream

½-1 tbs. sugar or honey 1 cup apple juice,

1 cup mineral water Ice cube as required

1. Peel the oranges and apples, cut into pieces

2.Blend the ingredients (except the apple juice and mineral water) at maximum speed for approx. 11minute.

3.	Add	the apple juice and mineral water
4.	Blend	briefly until the drink is frothy.

5.Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve as required with ice cubes

224 dried red	chili pods (Chile De Arbol)
2 large garlic	cloves

½bunch fresh cilantro 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

½tsp salt

Puree water, garlic and chili peppers for 30 second Add all other ingredients and blend until cilantro is finely chopped. Add additional tomato sauce or wate if salsa is too hot.

2	cups fruit juice
(banana/strawberry/pineapple or					tropical	mix)
2	cups frozen		fruit
(strawberrries,			melon,	peaches,	berries	or mix)
½ can frozen juice concentrate
(berry		mix or	tropical	mix)
1	cup	peach	yogurt	(or any	flavor)

1banana 122 cups ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
