2 cups cold water, Ice as required

1.Peel fruit and cut into pieces

2.Blend all the ingredients at maximum speed for1approx. 1 minute.

3.Serve with the ice cream

½bunch fresh cilantro 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

½tsp salt

Puree water, garlic and chili peppers for 30 second Add all other ingredients and blend until cilantro is finely chopped. Add additional tomato sauce or wate if salsa is too hot.
