Mixer et faire mousser des liquides.

-Couper et hacher des fruits et légumes crus, des￿noix et du chocolat.

-Préparer de la soupe, réduire en purée des fruit et￿légumes cuits.

- Faire de la mayonnaise et des sauces.

Les ingrédients doivent être à la même température.

1.Enclenchez le mixeur à basse vitesse.

2.Traitez les ingrédients (sauf l'huile) à basse vitess pendant 10 secondes.

3.Maintenez le mixeur à basse vitesse, versez lente ment l'huile par l'entonnoir puis laissez le mixeur mélanger pendant environ 1 minute.
