1.La junta del eje depende del agua para su lubricación. No opere esta bomba a menos que esté sumergida en agua, ya que su marcha en seco puede dañar la junta.

2.Si la bomba se recalienta, un dispositivo protector térmico con reposición automática desconecta la corriente eléctri- ca y detiene el motor antes de que se pueda dañar. El motor se volverá a encender automáticamente cuando se enfríe. Si el protector se dispara repetidamente, des- enchufe la bomba, sáquela del sumidero y verifique cuál puede ser la causa de la dificultad. Una baja tensión, cor- dones largos de alargue, un impulsor obstruido, muy poco levante, una tubería de descarga obstruida o congelada, etc., todo puede provocar la activación de los ciclos y el recalentamiento

3.Esta bomba no extraerá toda el agua del sumidero. Si usted está usando la bomba en forma manual y deja de salir agua de la descarga, es probable que la bomba esté seca. Apáguela inmediatamente y verifique el nivel del agua.
