Deleting Songs or Shows from My Sirius Songs, My Sirius Shows, and My Playlists

Songs and shows are deleted using the Delete Content menu option from the Content Man-

agement menu in Setup to delete content.

1.Press Setup button.

2.Select Content Management Delete Content Select the playlist from which to delete content (Figure 6)

When My Sirius Songs is selected (Figure 7), the following delete options are displayed:

By Least Played. Songs are listed in order by least played to most played. By Artist. Songs are listed alphabetically by artist.

By Title. Songs are listed alphabetically by title. Delete All. Deletes all songs in the playlist.

When My Sirius Shows is selected (Figure 8), the following delete options are displayed:

By Most Played. Shows are listed in order by most played to least played. By Date. Shows are listed chronologically from the oldest recording date to

the newest recording date.

By Channel. Shows are listed in ascending order by channel number. Delete All. Deletes all shows in the playlist.

When My MP3/WMA is selected, the following delete options are displayed: Audio files are listed and may be individually selected and deleted. Delete All. Deletes all audio files in the playlist.

You can delete songs or shows by selecting them in the various lists. Repeat this process until you have completed deleting songs and shows.

Saving Songs or Shows with a Scheduled Recording

A scheduled recording is a recording session that you program to begin at a future time and day to record a live broadcast.

Schedule, Edit, or Delete a Program for Scheduled Recordings

1.Press the Setup button.

2.Select Content Management Schedule Recordings

If you are creating a new program: Select New Program. (Figure 1)

If you are editing an existing program: Select the program you wish

to edit Select Edit Program. (Figure 2)

If you are deleting an existing program: Select the program you wish to

delete Select Delete Program. (Figure 2) The program will be deleted and you will

be

returned to the Schedule Recordings screen. (Figure 1)

3.The New Program screen will be displayed (Figure 3). Use the Media Dial to change

an entry, and press the Select button to set the entry and move to the next entry. To

return to a previous entry use the Back button. Refer to the table following for an explanation of each entry.

4.When you have pressed the Select button at the last entry, the new program will be saved. If it conflicts with an existing scheduled recording, you will be prompted to keep the new program and replace the conflicting one, or delete the new program. (Figure 4)

Channel

This entry specifies the SIRIUS channel you wish to record. The default

entry is the current channel.

 

 

 

Date

This entry specifies the date the scheduled recording should begin. The

default entry is the current date.

 

 

 

Time

This entry specifies the time of day the scheduled recording should

begin. The default entry is the current time.

 

 

 

Duration

This entry specifies the length of time to record. The default entry is

one hour.
