Troubleshooting

This section lists several common problems and suggested solutions. If, after trying the suggested solutions listed here, you are still unable to resolve the problem you’re having with your Receiver, contact your installer, dealer, or retailer for more help.

Problem	Cause and Suggested Solution
Receiver does not turn on	The AC power adapter cord is not plugged into an AC outlet, or the
	DC power cable is not plugged into the Receiver. Check the AC and
	DC power cords.
Receiver displays	The satellite antenna is not connected to the Receiver. Check
“ANTENNA NOT DETECTED”	satellite antenna connection to the Receiver.
	The antenna or the antenna cable is faulty. Contact your installer,
	dealer, or retailer, or, SIRIUS Product Support at 1-800-869-5590.
Receiver displays	Check for obstacles over or around satellite antenna. Change the
“ACQUIRING SIGNAL”	location to eliminate nearby obstacles (trees, buildings, etc.)
No sound	The Receiver audio cables are not connected, or incorrectly
	connected to your stereo system. Check the audio cables at the
	Receiver and your stereo system. Verify that your stereo system is
	turned on and working.
