1From your Home screen, drag 
upwards.
2Find and tap Backup and restore.
3Tap Restore.
4Tap the backup file you want to restore from.
5Mark the checkboxes for the content you want to restore, then tap Continue.
You may be asked to restart your phone for the restore procedure to take effect.
To delete a backup file from the memory card
1From your Home screen, drag 
upwards.
2Find and tap Backup and restore.
3Tap Back up.
4Touch and hold the backup file you want to delete, then tap Delete.
