You can free media space by deleting movies and photos from recording media.
Touch (MENU) [Show others] [DELETE] (under [EDIT] category).
To delete movies, touch [ DELETE] [ DELETE].

Using PMB Portable
Turn on your camcorder, then connect it to a computer with the Built-in USB cable.
Touch to select the recording media for which you wish to use PMB Portable.
Click PMB Portable.
