Scanning stops when the system tunes in a station. “TUNED” and “ST” (for stereo program) appear in the front panel display.
3 Press TUNER MENU.
4 Press C/X/x/c repeatedly until “MEMORY” appears in the front panel display.
Press FUNCTION repeatedly until the band you want appears in the front panel display.

You can preset 20 FM stations, and 10 AM stations. Before tuning, make sure to turn down the volume to minimum.

Using a digital satellite receiver or other components with a high audio output level

Connect the satellite receiver to the VIDEO/ SAT jacks on the rear panel. You can also connect the components with a high audio output level (including 2V r.m.s components, such as MD, etc.) to the VIDEO/SAT jacks, and perform the following to prevent distortion occurring.

1 Press FUNCTION repeatedly until “VIDEO” appears in the front panel display.2 Press AMP MENU.

3 Press X/x repeatedly until “ATTENUATE” appears in the front panel display, then press ENTER or c.

4 Press X/x to select “ATT ON” in the front panel display.The output level is changed.When you select “ATT OFF” and press x, this operation will be canceled.5 Press ENTER or AMP MENU.

The AMP menu turns off.

The function name in the front panel display changes to “SAT.”

To return to the VIDEO function, select “ATT OFF” at Step 4.
