Using as a removable disk

Using with other “Memory Stick”

You can use this unit to transfer data such as video clips and still images from/to “Memory Stick”-compatible devices (such as a Sony digital video camera recorder, digital still cameras, etc.) by reading/writing the files on the “Memory Stick.”

Refer to the user's manual for the equipment you are using for details.

Removing “Memory Stick”

1Close softwares such as Explorer running for this unit.

2Make sure that the access lamp is not lit, then remove the “Memory Stick.”

Open the cover of the “Memory Stick” slot, then slightly push and release the “Memory Stick.”

When the access lamp is lit, never remove the “Memory Stick.” It may cause data loss, or serious problems.

Note that reading out of the large disk storage data such as image files takes a while.

When removing the “Memory Stick,” it may pop out further than expected. Keep your hand on it when removing the “Memory Stick”.
