Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties while using the Access Point, this troubleshooting guide may help you remedy the problem. Should a problem persist, consult the Sony Customer Information Service Center.
On the Access Point
The Access Point is not operating properly.
cThe Access Point is not supplied with power.
Connect the Access Point to a power outlet with the supplied AC power adapter. (See page 19.)
cThere is an obstacle between the Access Point and the computer containing the Wireless LAN PC Card, or they are too far apart from each other.
Remove the obstacle between them, or place them within 100 m (approx. 330 feet) of each other. (The communicable distance depends on the environment.)

The indicators do not come on.
cCables are not properly connected.
