•Data part of CD-Extras

•BDs (Blu-ray Discs)

•HD DVDs

•Discs recorded with an AVCHD-compatible DVD video camera

•DVD-ROMs/DVD+RWs/DVD-RWs/ DVD+Rs/DVD-Rs that do not contain DVD Video, JPEG image files, or MP3 audio tracks.

•DVD Audio discs

•Cartridge-only type DVD-RAMs

•HD layer on Super Audio CDs

•DVD VIDEOs with a different region code (page 77).

•DVDs that were recorded on a different recorder and not correctly finalised.

Note on playback operations of DVD VIDEOs/ VIDEO CDs

Some playback operations of DVD VIDEOs/ VIDEO CDs may be intentionally set by software producers. Since this recorder plays DVD VIDEOs/VIDEO CDs according to the disc contents the software producers designed, some playback features may not be available. Refer to the instructions supplied with the DVD VIDEOs/ VIDEO CDs.
