If you have previously optimised TCPWindowSize, for example, as directed by a broadband internet service provider, then check whether that setting is global or specific to the network adaptor over which the broadband connection is made. It is preferable that all TCPWindowSize settings are specific to the network adaptor involved, since this ensures that each individual connection is correctly optimised.
