 New Mobile Connect tariff and pricing structure New Mobile Connect tariff and pricing structure

Vodafone are delighted to announce the re-structure of Vodafone Mobile Connect price plans on 2nd July 2007, with the introduction of Vodafone Mobile Broadband.

These price plans are targeted at businesses of all sizes, with a simplified structure enabling customers to choose a competitive price plan to fit the way they work.

Vodafone Mobile Broadband consists of the following price plans: Mobile Broadband 24 (Launched Delayed) - These 24 hour sessions are now also available on home soil for occasional users or those who’d like to try the technology without committing to ongoing regular payments. Customers can sign a contract and pay nothing until they chose to connect for a 24 hour session as there is no monthly line rental commitment.

Mobile Broadband - Mobile Broadband offers flat rate monthly access at £25 ex vat per month so customers can enjoy the freedom of being connected all over the UK (over 80% population coverage) to Vodafone’s fast and reliable 3G broadband network.

The 2 options for roaming on the Mobile Broadband price plan are:

1)24 hour session based roaming, at a cost of £8.50 ex vat per 24 hours on selected networks.

2)Per MB roaming, at a cost of £4.25 per MB ex vat, so only cost effective for usage under 2MB.

Mobile Broadband Travel - For the extensive business traveller there’s Mobile Broadband Travel. For a flat rate of £95 ex vat per month, customers can benefit from bill predictability and 200MB on any network where Vodafone UK has a data roaming agreement.

 Sharetime Plus Plans Sharetime Plus Plans

Sharetime Plus plans are targeted at the SME segment and deliver greater value to customers with UK and international call rates and cheap calls between office and company mobiles. The plans are available on 12 and 24 month contracts with a 15% discount on

24 month contracts. Sharetime Plus customers have the ability to add a text and data bundle to their plan. The bundle is added to the lead handset and the sharer mobiles can then share the bundle. The allowances are ‘either or’ e.g: Text 1400 = 1400 text or 74Mb of data or a combination of both. See page 18 for text and data options.

 Small Business Price Plans Small Business Price Plans

Small Business Plans address the small business person's requirement for good value flexible price plans with an option for a cost effective mobile email solution. In addition to calls at no charge to company mobiles and company landlines, Small Business plans include Vodafone Passport, two simple flat rates for calling international destinations and increased price plan flexibility.

Customers connecting to 12, 18 and 24 month contracts before the 1st September 2007 will receive 25% more minutes every month for life.

 Office 2 Mobile Office 2 Mobile

Office 2 Mobile, enables customers to get cheap or free calls from their office landlines to their company mobiles. Office 2 Mobile is available on Sharetime Plus, Company Caller Plus and Commercial Caller Plus. Office 2 Mobile only applies when Vodafone Virtual Fixed Link is used. If a supplier other than Vodafone is used for this purpose then that supplier's prices and terms and conditions will apply.

Option 1: Office 2 Mobile Basic

This is at no additional charge to the customer, they simply pay for what they use. Cheap rates have been introduced for calling from the office landlines to the company mobiles.

Option 2: Office 2 Mobile Small / Medium / Large

Customers commit to monthly spend. Committed spend provides a bundle of minutes for all non-company mobile calls, with an out of bundle rate (pence per minute) as the bundled minutes. Customers also receive a bundle of minutes at no charge, for all company calls, with an allocation of minutes (up to twice the number of non-company minutes).

Avenir Telecom would like to remind you that commission on re-signs will only be paid on or after the customers’ contract end date. If you are in any doubt as to whether you will receive commission on an re-sign please check prior to processing it. No re-signs should be processed before a customers contract has expired. If this is done, commission will not be paid.

 Anytime Price Plans Anytime Price Plans

The Anytime range of price plans deliver great value and flexibility to consumer customers. Anytime plans include text messages and Passport as default on all plans (until further notice). Business customers can also benefit from the Business service and Stop the Clock (STC) as an added option. Customers can migrate to other legacy price plans (9 month ‘no downward rule’ remains for new connections). Customers can migrate to the current Anytime plans (if in commitment subject to 6 month extension on their current contract, if out of commitment no extension required). Terms and conditions apply.

 Vodafone acceptable proofs Vodafone acceptable proofs

Vodafone will no longer accept details of a credit or debit card as proof of signature. Any credit or debit cards accepted as proof if ID must be as full proof of ID and must be verified using chip and pin - not signature. A minimum £10 transaction must be swiped. The card being verified must belong to the applicant. The till receipt showing that the card was Pin verified must then be attached to the contract.

Please note that when completing a Vodafone business contract for connections with commitment terms greater than 12 months, you must state the contract length clearly and in bold on the contract agreement form. This should also be supported by a valid purchase order detailing the same commitment and price plan information.
