The purchase order must be dated, detail the order and have the registration number (where applicable) as well as the name and position of the signatory, please then fax the purchase order to the commissions team on 020 8731 4450. ATUK reserves the right to withhold large price plan commissions for up to 90 days. All MMS handsets must be O2 configured and purchased from ATUK in order to receive full payment.
