The serial plate is located on the inside surface of the kick panel (see Figur e 1 below).
Read these instructions carefully before attempting installation. Installation a nd initial startup should be performed by
a qualified installer. Unless the installation instructions for this product are fol lowed by a qualified service technician (a
person experienced in and knowledgeable with the installation of comm ercial gas and/or electric cooking equipment)
then the terms and conditions on the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty will be ren dered void and no warranty of any
