2.5RADAR JUNCTION BOX CONNECTIONS

Referring to the diagram below, connect the color coded wires from the Radar cable to the designated place on Terminal strip A in Radar Junction Box as follows.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the box unscrewing the

4 bottom screws.

2. Connect the Chart Plotter to terminal A.

3. Connect the Power Supply to terminal B.

4. Connect the Radar Cable to terminal C.

Note: No connections are made to Switch (1) & Switch (2)

5. Connect the BLUE and GREEN wires from the Radar cable a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) switch. This switch is used to turn the Radar On and Off.

Terminal Strip A - Chart Plotter

This terminal strip is used to connect a compatible Standard Horizon GPS Chart Plotter to a Radar Antenna. Power – and Power+ connections are used to power the Standard Horizon Chart Plotter when connected.
