Setting Up

Attaching an optional feeder unit requires a wide space. Choose a wide and flat surface near the installed printer. After attaching a feeder unit to the printer, return the printer to the installation place.

1.Unpack the feeder unit and put it on a wide and flat surface. Remove the paper cassette if it is installed.

NOTE: Leave enough space to put your fingers inside both the front and rear of the feeder unit.

CAUTION: Do not touch the control unit. It is easy to be broken.

‘7 Turn the printer power off and remove the power cord from both the

printer and the outlet.

.3. Remove the paper cassette from the printer and the front paper tray if it is installed.
